Thank you for choosing Small Temptation. We take pride in delivering fresh, handcrafted brownies straight to your door and are committed to providing excellent customer service. In the rare event that something isn’t right with your order, please review our Refund Policy below.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your brownies arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, send us a private direct message on any of our social media pages.
To help us assess the issue, please include photos of the product and packaging.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue either a refund or a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
2. Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange to send the correct brownies as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
3. Cancellation Policy

Standard Orders:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days. -
Custom, Gift Box, or Bulk Orders:
These orders must also be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, preparation begins and cancellations/refunds can no longer be accommodated.
4. Change of Mind
Due to the perishable nature of our brownies, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference regarding taste. Please review your order carefully before finalising your purchase.
5. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

At Small Temptation, we are committed to providing clear and accurate allergen information. Before placing an order, please take a moment to review the full product description, where all allergens are clearly highlighted for your convenience.
Please note that all of our products are prepared in an environment where eggs, milk, soya, and gluten are present. As a result, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from traces of these allergens.
If you have any specific dietary requirements or concerns, we recommend contacting us before making a purchase.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please be aware that banks or card providers may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
